L2 is directed by Leah and Lucie, and has a large network of freelance coordinators, marketers, sales people and support staff who we bring in on a project by project basis - this allows us to offer very cost-effective solutions to our clients. We are a lean, effective company with a flexible and responsive approach, unlike large organisations often burdened with layers of management and substantial overheads. Leah and Lucie are very hands-on with every single project, so our clients receive a seamless, consistent service from the first meeting to post event. L2 is a member of Eventia, the Voice the Events Industry, and we operate to the highest levels of professionalism and follow best practice as defined by the association. Leah Phelps I have 15 years events experience in the UK and Internationally. For 7 years I directed business development at the Managed Events division of the world's largest conference organiser. Previously I worked for an exhibition company in London and Moscow, managing a well-known consumer lifestyle show for over 25,000 visitors. I now specialise in delivering strategic and bespoke event solutions to corporates and associations across multiple industry sectors.
Lucie Click I worked for a leading conference provider for 10 years and have been in the events industry for 15 years. I managed a number of operations teams as well as working with clients in an Account Director role to grow their events year on year. My events have taken me around the world and I am experienced at working on all scales from a breakfast meeting for 30 people to a large scale conference and exhibition for over 4000.
