Client’s requirement
For the company’s 10 year Anniversary the client asked us to create memorable celebration to show a big “thank you” to all staff. They specified an unusual venue in Central London with indoor and outdoor facilities with contingencies for poor weather. Food and Beverage was to be of a high standard but also accessible to the large numbers and in order to manage staff numbers and their paying guests, they asked for an online solution to registration.

L2’s solution
L2 sourced a unique venue with excellent facilities which provided plenty of space and seating as well as an indoor contingency. We tasted and discussed various menu options and decided upon a high quality barbeque with finger food and drinks circulated on trays. We branded the venue subtly with lighting and gobos with the client’s logo and arranged a band and DJ to get the party in full swing. We constructed a simple registration tool for staff to input their dietary requirements and book and pay for guests. L2 provided full support throughout ensuring this was the best possible party!

Results
The feedback was staff felt they had been truly treated to a great party which was well constructed in a great venue.
